User Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated August 15, 2026
Use the instructions below to disconnect Facebook immediately or request deletion of eligible information associated with your AionOverdose account.
Option 1: Disconnect your Facebook Page
- Sign in to your AionOverdose website account.
- Open Account → Content Creator.
- Find the connected Facebook channel under Manage streaming channels.
- Select Disconnect Page and confirm the action.
Disconnecting deletes the encrypted Facebook Page access token and stops automatic Page monitoring. Completed livestream history may remain as described below.
Option 2: Revoke access through Facebook
- Open Facebook Settings.
- Go to Apps and Websites.
- Find Aion Overdose and remove it.
This revokes the app's Facebook permissions. To ensure the locally encrypted Page token is removed immediately, also use Option 1 or submit the request in Option 3.
Option 3: Request deletion from AionOverdose
Submit a support ticket while signed in, or email [email protected] from the email address registered to your AionOverdose account. Include:
- The subject User Data Deletion Request.
- Your AionOverdose account email or username.
- The Facebook Page name and public URL, if the request concerns Facebook data.
- Whether you want Facebook integration data only or your eligible AionOverdose account data deleted.
We will verify ownership and normally complete a valid request within 30 days. We will send confirmation to the verified account email when processing is complete or explain if additional information or retention is required.
What is deleted
Depending on the scope of the verified request, deletion may include:
- Facebook Page connection details and encrypted access tokens.
- Granted Facebook permission records and active platform connection state.
- Eligible website profile and connected-service information.
Information we may retain
We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, financial reconciliation, moderation enforcement, legal compliance, or the establishment and defense of claims. Completed livestream statistics may also remain in creator reports, reward records, and audit history, but will no longer provide active access to your Facebook Page.
