Accounts

You are solely responsible for the security of your account, including your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. Never share your password or PIN code with anyone—our staff will never ask for this information under any circumstances. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms or our Community Rules.

Conduct

By using our services, you agree to conduct yourself in a fair and respectful manner at all times. Cheating, exploiting game mechanics, harassing other players, impersonating staff members, or engaging in any activity that disrupts the service or the experience of other players is strictly prohibited.

Community Rules

Our Community Rules are an integral part of these Terms of Service and are binding to all players. You are expected to read and follow them at all times.

Service Changes

We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove features, game balance, content, or policies. Changes affecting Marketplace or withdrawal fees will be displayed with an effective date and apply prospectively. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those updates.

Marketplace, Credits & Fees

Marketplace and withdrawal fees apply at the rates displayed when the transaction is submitted or completed. Future fee changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date and do not create a right to recalculate or refund completed transactions, except when an incorrect, duplicate, or unauthorized fee was charged. Only eligible Marketplace proceeds are withdrawable. Purchased or reward credits are not cash and cannot be withdrawn. Any displayed payout estimate may be reduced by disclosed payment-provider, transfer, or foreign-exchange costs recorded at settlement.
