Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the AionOverdose Siel server administration ("AionOverdose", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, protects, and deletes information when you use our website, game services, content-creator program, and connected platform features.
1. Information we collect
Website and game accounts
- Account identifiers, email address, display name, and authentication information.
- Linked game accounts, characters, progression, transactions, and gameplay records.
- Security and diagnostic data such as IP address, login history, device/browser information, and activity logs.
- Support tickets, reports, applications, and other information you submit to staff.
Facebook Page integration
When you choose Connect Facebook Page, we may receive and store:
- Your selected Facebook Page ID, Page name, public Page URL, and Page tasks.
- The permissions you granted to AionOverdose.
- An encrypted Facebook Page access token used to check livestream status.
- Public livestream information such as stream ID, URL, title, category, start/end time, and viewer counts.
We do not store your Facebook password. The temporary Facebook user access token used during Page selection is not retained after the connection process.
Other connected services
If you use Discord or register a Twitch, YouTube, Kick, or TikTok channel, we may store the relevant account/channel identifiers, public profile information, connection state, and livestream statistics required to provide those features.
2. How we use information
- Operate and secure website and game accounts.
- Provide support, enforce rules, investigate abuse, and prevent fraud.
- Monitor approved creator channels, display live status, calculate creator-program eligibility, and issue rewards.
- Send requested account, support, marketplace, security, and livestream notifications.
- Maintain service reliability, diagnostics, audit history, and aggregate statistics.
- Meet legal, regulatory, safety, and platform-policy obligations.
We do not sell personal information or provide it to advertising networks.
3. How information is shared
Information is shared only when reasonably necessary with:
- Service providers that support hosting, email, security, database, or operational functions.
- Connected platforms such as Meta, Discord, Twitch, YouTube, Kick, or TikTok when you request their features.
- Authorized AionOverdose staff who need access for support, moderation, security, or program administration.
- Authorities or affected parties when disclosure is legally required or necessary to protect people and services.
4. Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections, audit logging, and encryption for stored third-party access tokens. No online system is completely risk-free, so users should also protect their account credentials and report suspected compromise immediately.
5. Retention
- Facebook Page access tokens are deleted when the Page is disconnected.
- Completed livestream records and viewer snapshots may be retained for creator reports, rewards, dispute handling, and audit history.
- Account, transaction, moderation, support, and security records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for their stated purpose.
- Data may be retained longer when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or the establishment and defense of claims.
6. Your choices and rights
You may:
- Disconnect a Facebook Page from your content-creator dashboard at any time.
- Remove AionOverdose from Facebook's Apps and Websites settings to revoke platform permissions.
- Ask to access, correct, or delete eligible personal information.
- Contact staff if you object to or have questions about a specific use of your information.

7. Cookies and session storage
We use essential cookies for authentication, security, and saved preferences. Details are available in our Cookie Policy.
8. Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied data should contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
9. Third-party platforms
Connected services are also governed by their own privacy policies and account controls. AionOverdose is an independent community service and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta.
10. Policy changes
We may update this policy when our services, legal obligations, or data practices change. Material changes will be posted here with a revised update date.
