Marketplace Update

1. Item sale fee: Replaced the flat 100 CC fee with 10% of the total selling price, deducted only after a successful sale.
2. Minimum listing price: Reduced from 500 CC to 100 CC per listing, including stacks.
3. Item listing fee: Remains 3,000,000 kinah.
4. Existing item listings: Returned to their owners through in-game mail, with 3,000,000 kinah refunded per listing, so sellers can repost under the new pricing.
5. Kinah listings: Remain unchanged.

These changes make surplus items easier to sell at affordable prices and discourage using inflated-price listings to transfer items between accounts for a small fixed fee.
